Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the PaceFit mobile application and services. By registering, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility & Registration
- You must be a registered club member to use PaceFit
- You agree to provide accurate, complete, and updated account details (full name, email, member ID)
- Accounts are personal; do not share your credentials
- You are responsible for activity under your account
Membership & Payments
- Membership fees are payable monthly, based on your registration date and personalized due date
- You must keep your account in good standing by completing payments before or on the due date
- Payments are logged in the App (amount, date, method, status)
- Late or missed payments may lead to account suspension or restrictions until resolved
- Receipts and history are available under the Payment History section
Credits & Store
- Members may hold credits in their account
- Credits may be purchased, earned, or adjusted by the club
- Credits can be used to place orders in the in-app store
- Orders show product, quantity, unit price, and status
- Once confirmed, orders are final unless otherwise allowed under club policies
- Credits are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable, except as required by law
- The club reserves the right to expire credits after a defined period or in case of account closure
App Services
Workout Sessions
- The App lets you view, book, and track workout sessions (e.g., date, time, coach, exercises)
- Attendance and progress are logged for operational and training purposes
- Sessions may be rescheduled or canceled at the club's discretion, with reasonable notice when possible
- Users must comply with gym/club rules when attending sessions
News & Announcements
- The App includes a News section where official club updates, events, and announcements are posted
- News content is created and managed by authorized staff only
- Users may not post or modify content
Service Availability
- We aim to keep the App available and functional, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access
- Temporary downtime may occur due to maintenance, upgrades, or technical issues
- We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by internet/network issues outside our control
User Policies
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Misuse the App for unlawful purposes
- Interfere with the App's functionality or security
- Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or exploit the App
- Submit false payment or order information
- Impersonate other users or staff
Violation may lead to suspension, termination, or legal action.
Account Suspension & Deletion
- The club may suspend or terminate accounts for unpaid fees, fraud, misuse, or violations of these Terms
- You may request account deletion anytime via the App or by contacting support
- Verification (member ID & password) will be required
- Deletion removes personal data except where records must be retained (e.g., payment history for legal compliance)
Privacy & Data Use
- Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy
- By using the App, you consent to processing your data for membership management, payments, credits, sessions, and news delivery
- We do not sell your data or use third-party advertising SDKs
Legal Information
Intellectual Property
- All trademarks, logos, content, and software in the App are owned or licensed by the club
- Users may not copy, distribute, or exploit any part of the App without written permission
Limitation of Liability
- The App is provided "as is" without warranties
- To the maximum extent allowed by law, the club is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from App use
- Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence
Changes to Terms
- We may update these Terms to reflect changes in services, legal requirements, or policies
- Updates will be posted in-app with a revised effective date
- Continued use of the App after updates means you accept the revised Terms
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
- These Terms are governed by the laws of your club's country of operation
- Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the local courts, unless otherwise required by applicable law
